Privacy policy
Who processes your data, for what purpose, and what rights you have in relation to it.
1. Data controller

2. What data this site collects
This is an informational website. We do not sell through it, we do not create user accounts, and we have placed no contact form on it. We display no advertising and run no remarketing.
In practice this means that the site itself collects only:
- technical data written to the server logs by our hosting provider — including the IP address, the date and time of the request and the browser type. These are a standard part of how any web server operates and serve to keep the site secure and working correctly;
- statistical data collected by Google Analytics 4 — only if you agree to it in the cookie notice. Without that consent the Google script is never loaded;
- data passed to Google if you choose to enable the map on the Contact page — both are described in section 5.

4. How long we keep data
- correspondence that did not lead to cooperation — until the purpose of the contact has passed;
- data relating to a contract — for its duration and then for the limitation period for claims;
- accounting documents — for the period required by tax law (as a rule 5 years);
- server logs — in line with the hosting provider's policy;
- statistical data in Google Analytics — in line with the retention period set in the property; Google offers periods from 2 to 14 months.
5. Recipients of data and external services
Your data may be entrusted to entities that support our business — the hosting and e-mail provider, the accounting office, IT service providers and bodies authorised under the law.
On the Contact page we make a Google Maps map available (Google Ireland Limited). The map does not load automatically — it starts only once you have given your consent. Until then this site sends no data to Google. Once the map is enabled, Google may receive your IP address and information about your device, among other things. You can withdraw your consent at any time — the cookie policy explains how.
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. The Google script is not fetched until you agree — until then no data reaches Google. The statistics are aggregate: they are not used for advertising, for remarketing or to identify individuals, and Google's advertising signals are permanently switched off on our side. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States under the European Commission's adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time — the cookie policy explains how, and withdrawing also deletes the _ga files from your device.
On the Allegro shop page we display current listings from our shop. The requests to Allegro are made by our server, not by your browser — but the product images themselves are fetched from Allegro's servers (Allegro.pl sp. z o.o.), so Allegro may record your device's IP address. The images do not set cookies. This applies to that one page only.
The site contains links to external services (including hudig.pl, skancraft.com and Allegro). Once you follow them, the privacy policies of their owners apply.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- have your data rectified;
- have your data erased;
- restrict the processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
7. Providing data and profiling
To exercise these rights, write to promopol@promopol.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer an enquiry or carry out a service. We do not take decisions by automated means and we do not profile users.
8. Changes to this policy
If the scope of the site changes — for example if we add a contact form or another external tool — we will update this document.
